BaberNovel sells their ability to analyze and identify key things that delivers such a diversified value in order to become a leader and a dominant market player, ex. Facebook.
Interesting.. the question now is why BaberNovel stays as a yet another project oriented company and doesn’t inherit these values and mindsets to build a dominant product/service/solution for another market?
I guess they are lacking of opportunity awareness, product oriented mentality, focus and obsession on a single market value stream. Step on the side of the people who needs a hero solving their major business issues or needs.
That’s why before everything you need to start with “why” you are doing what you are doing 🙂
